Thank you for shopping at DRYP! Here at DRYP we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase however, if you are not entirely happy, we're here to accommodate.

Change of Mind Returns:

All full priced items purchased online can be returned for a credit note or to your original payment method within 14 days from the date you received your item. Returns for change of mind, after this date, will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, free of odour and makeup, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You must also present your initial receipt by way of proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item we will inspect and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your bank’s policies and process times.

Please email hello@drypau.com to initiate your return.  DRYP offers free returns . Simply package your item in the satchel provided on delivery. DRYP are not responsible for lost parcels, so we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all return parcels as proof of shipment. 

 

Shipping:

Free Standard Shipping for orders over $200 (approximately 3-7 business days). 

Free Express Shipping for orders over $250 (approximately 2-5 business days). 

$10 Standard Shipping for orders under $200.

$13 Express Shipping for orders under $250.

Delivery times to Western Australia, regional and remote destinations may take up to 7 business days.

$50 International Shipping for all orders/. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received your tracking details within this time frame, please do not hesitate to email us at hello@drypau.com

AMENDING YOUR ORDER ONCE ORDERED HAS BEEN PLACED

Please ensure that you enter the full and correct details when placing your order including:

  • Address for delivery;
  • Colour and size of item;
  • Removal or multiplication of items ordered; and
  • Application of discounts.

Once your order has been placed, DRYP is unable to make any amendments to the online order.

FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS:

Our Change of Mind Returns Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us.  

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and provide presentation of proof of purchase. Once our team has assessed the item(s) and approved the fault, a return label will be issued. 

The damages or defective item received by you must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. Items must be unworn, unwashed and all tags attached to original garment. 

In addition to the above if your product is not fit for its purpose or is not of acceptable quality, then you may be eligible for an exchange or refund.

If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you have purchased a product with a minor fault, DRYP can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Further information is available at Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. 

Merchandise returned under consumer guarantees can be returned within a reasonable timeframe subject to proof of purchase.

GIFT CARD / CREDIT NOTE

Orders paid for using a gift card/ credit note can only be refunded as an online credit. Online credit notes are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

Welcome to DRYP AU. By accessing or using our website (dryp.au) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Company Information: DRYP AU is a streetwear brand based in Melbourne, Australia. For any inquiries, please contact us at hello@drypau.com

2. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by DRYP AU. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.

Payment: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, DRYP gift cards, DRYP credit notes and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment must be made in full before shipment.

DRYP Gift cards and DRYP credit notes can be redeemed for DRYP product. DRYP Gift cards and DRYP credit notes cannot be redeemed for cash or any other legal tender and are non-refundable. DRYP Gift cards and DRYP credit notes lost or stolen, will not be replaced. DRYP Gift cards and DRYP credit notes are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Expired DRYP Gift cards and DRYP credit notes do not retain any value.

Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM AEST will be processed in the next 1-2 business day.

Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer standard and express shipping within Australia. Shipping costs and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy: Pplease refer to our Change of Mind Return and Faulty Return Policy.

Non-Returnable Items:  Sale items, items purchased with a promotional code, and underwear (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned or exchanged for Change of Mind. Our Change of Mind Returns Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us.  


5. Privacy

Data Collection: We collect personal information when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us. You acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage and maintenance of private and personal information including:

  • your name and contact details, such as your address, email address and phone number;
  • payment information;
  • your purchase history;
  • information required to verify your identity;
  • your company name (if applicable);
  • information about your shopping preferences/selections;
  • account preferences, activity details and interactions (including statistics on page views and clicks), transaction details (such as payment method);
  • statistics about visits to our websites such as domain name and the time and date our website was accessed;
  • gender (if applicable) and birth date; and
  • any other information you may provide to us from time to time.

DRYP will try to ensure that all information we collect, use or disclose about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy is accurate, complete and up-to-date. DRYP collects the above information as it is necessary to sell, promote and distribute our products and services to you.

You have the option of using a pseudonym or remaining anonymous when dealing with us so as not to identify yourself fully to us. Please bear in mind, however, that DRYP will be unable to provide certain services to you unless you disclose your correct identity.

Collection of your personal information can occur through the following interactions:

  • when you use any of our services including when you access and use our website, or interact with us via social media or digital media;
  • when you make a purchase
  • when you submit an order;
  • when you subscribe to our website, social media/membership
  • when you register with us by creating an online account
  • when you communicate with us directly (including in person, via telephone and social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram)
  • when you interact with us during promotions, competitions, or special events;
  • when you post a review or leave a rating on this site or complete our surveys; and
  • if you attend one of our functions or events.


DRYP may disclose information that DRYP holds about you to third parties including:

  • our Directors, officers, employees and other individuals withs DRYP;
  • third party service providers or contractors who provide services or functions to DRYP;
  • third party service providers or contractors who provide services or functions on DRYP’s behalf such as payment service providers, internet service providers, IT systems administrators, mailing houses, couriers, and data entry service providers.
  • third party platforms and services who process sales, store and analyse data and information, provide web support, send marketing messages, deliver products or information. These services are hosted and managed by organisations other than DRYP.
  • our business advisors, including lawyers, accountants or other professional service providers, to the extent reasonably required;
  • if required by law, to any person authorised by such law. This may include the police service, ambulance service, or government departments or regulators within Australia in connection with law enforcement activities; and
  • for any other purpose permitted by law

DRYP and its Related Bodies Corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) recognise the trust you are placing in us through your dealings with us. DRYP does everything it can to maintain that trust. Our staff are employed/engaged on the basis that they will protect information about you. Your rights to privacy are also protected by the Australian Privacy Principles in force under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). These privacy laws place strict requirements on us to treat certain information collected as confidential, to store your information securely and to allow you easy access to check and correct your information.

By using our products and services you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of information by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please note that we reserve our right to amend, remove or vary this policy from time to time without notice. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to this policy.

DRYP may hold your personal information in either electronic or hard copy form. If you provide information to us electronically, we retain this information in our computer systems and databases. This includes computer software programs, internet servers, and hosted internet solutions provided by third parties. If you provide information to us in hard copy (paper) this information is normally retained in our files and a copy is made to our electronic files. 

DRYP understands the importance of your personal information and has appropriate procedures in place to safeguard and secure the information collected to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information. We also take measures in respect of destroying or de-identifying personal information that is no longer needed for any lawful purpose. We also have measures in place to detect and prevent online fraud or suspicious activity. In some instances, we may ask you to provide us with information so that we can verify your identity and payment details (for example, if you have never shopped online with us before or if your payment details need to be verified with our payment providers). As part of this process, we may ask you to provide redacted (masked) copies of your ID and the credit card used to place your online order. If information is requested from you in order to verify your identity and payment, there may be a delay with the despatch of your order. You will receive a follow up email once your order has been approved. There is no obligation for you to provide this information, but if we are unable to verify your identity, we may not be able to finalise your online order.

We will endeavour to respond to any request within 28 days. DRYP may charge a fee to cover the reasonable costs incurred by DRYP in providing you with the information (the fee does not apply to the making of the request).

DRYP may refuse provision of access to the requested information if the request is unlawful or would interfere with the privacy of others.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on the DRYP AU website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DRYP AU and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Use Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website without prior written consent from DRYP AU.

The intellectual property rights in all software and content, including the DRYP brand and all other trade marks, trade names and logos, made available to you on or through the DRYP social media pages and website remains the property of DRYP or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved by DRYP. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website (dryp.au) nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

7. Limitation of Liability

The material displayed on this website (dryp.au) is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law DRYP and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this website and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.  This does not affect DRYP’s liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Although we will use reasonable endeavours to satisfy any buyer complaint in relation to the goods, we provide no guarantee or warranty and all warranties, representation, promises, conditions or statements regarding our products and services whether expressed or implied and whether statutory or otherwise are to the full extent permitted by law hereby expressly excluded.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and DRYP. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of DRYP.

DRYP AU reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notification to you. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
