Refund policy

All full priced items purchased online can be returned for a credit note or to your original payment method within 14 days from the date you received your item. Returns for change of mind, after this date, will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, free of odour and makeup, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You must also present your initial receipt by way of proof of purchase.

Please email hello@drypau.com to initiate your return. DRYP is not responsible for the cost of your return. Simply package your item in the satchel provided on delivery. DRYP are not responsible for lost parcels, so we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all return parcels as proof of shipment.

Once we receive your item we will inspect and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your bank’s policies and process times.

SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS:

All sale items or items purchased during a promotional period will not be eligible for a refund. They may be exchanged for a credit note only. There are no refunds or exchanges for clearance or warehouse items.

FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and provide presentation of proof of purchase. Once our team has assessed the item(s) and approved the fault, a return label will be issued.

The damages or defective item received by you must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. Items must be unworn, unwashed and all tags attached to original garment.

In addition to the above if your product is not fit for its purpose or is not of acceptable quality, then you may be eligible for an exchange or refund.

GIFT CARD / CREDIT NOTE

Orders paid for using a gift card/ credit note can only be refunded as an online credit. Online credit notes are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
